📦 Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged

Used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use are not eligible for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear
All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer:

❌ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.
After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand.
